Grammy award-winning DJ Black Coffee announced the line-up for his upcoming show in New York.
This isn't any show for the DJ and to prove that he chose one of Mzansi's international exports, Major League DJs, with special appearances by songstress Bucie, Msaki, Monique Bingham and other big names the DJ has worked with backed up by a 12-piece orchestra.
Taking to his Instagram timeline recently, Black Coffee shared a flyer for his historic concert (he is the first South African to have a concert at Madison Square) set to take place on October 7 at 8pm.
“Each guest I’ve chosen to join me at Madison Square Garden has played a special part in my musical journey and I can’t wait to experience music in The Garden with you,” he wrote.
Taking to their timeline Major League DJs shared their excitement with their followers about being part of the show.
“New York City we told you — see you at @thegarden. Honoured to be sharing such a moment with our big bro @realblackcoffee. See you on the dance floor,” read their post.
In March the DJ revealed his dream of debuting at Madison Square Garden in New York was finally happening.
Taking to his Instagram timeline, he revealed how playing at the world's most famous arena has always been in his sights.
“It’s always been one of my biggest dreams to take this music and sound to the highest level possible and to expose it to the largest audience imaginable and so I’ve dreamt of my debut for many years. It’s finally a reality. Years of dreaming coming to you this October 7, NYC. Wait until you see what we’ve been planning,” he wrote.
