We know getting hyped up boosts your confidence and actress and TV presenter Candice Modiselle showed her followers her mom is her personal cheerleader.

She shared a clip on Instagram of her looking stylish in her white pants suit, but it was her mom Grace Modiselle who was the star of the video, showing how much she loved her baby girl.

“If you thought my fit was fresh, listen to my hype man in the background. My permanent plus one who I invite to almost all my gigs. When I tell you my mom is my best friend, this is what I mean. This kind of support is all I’ve never known. How could I not thrive with this woman constantly praying for and with me? Thanking God for this queen every day,” she wrote.

In her comments section, her sister, choreographer and TV presenter Bontle Moloi was touched by the video.

“Between you and Gracie, I don’t know who has me more teary,” she wrote.

Candice is family orientated and rooted in the kingdom. She recently revealed she was baptised on May 28.

“Now that I am older and wiser I have decided to not be casual about the things of the kingdom. There is an urgency for revival in our nation and we cannot afford to not submit to the king of kings.

“This public declaration confirms I know who I am and I dedicate my life to helping young people discover they are also fearfully and wonderfully made, set apart, loved, called and chosen as the righteous sons and daughters of the almighty.

“I also long to help us navigate our way through the hopelessness and brokenness that our nation is plagued with. I have decided to partner with Christ in all things. Every milestone through him, in him and for his glory,” she wrote.
