SNAPS | It’s a boy — Khanya Mkangisa gives birth to her first child

Khanya Mkangisa has given birth to her first child. 

The actress revealed the news in an interview with Nounouche, saying she and her partner, businessman Desmond Williams, are proud parents of a baby boy. 

“I think what maybe makes it not so hard is knowing I waited to have a child. I really, really waited and the last thing I wanted was regret. Now I feel like I’m fulfilled, I have fulfilled my purpose. I’ve lived my life. I’ve travelled. There’s always room for more. But then you realise who’s to say you can’t still do those things? But for the most part, all my dreams I have tried to reach them in the best way possible," she said. 

Khanya has tried to lead a private life. 

News of her relationship with Desmond broke on social media in 2022 when an X user shared intimate videos of them together. 

They've known each other since they were kids. 

"I've tried to maintain a private life. I wouldn't have wanted it to come out that way but it's nothing  I am ashamed of or something I was hiding. In the future, should I decide to start a family, I want things like that to come out on my own terms and not make it gory gossip, but you can only control what you can control," she previously told TshisaLIVE.
