THE NEON POPSICLE:

Salomae Kazyumba works at Black Coffee and calls her outfit a cross between neon funky chic and modern Barbie

HAIR AND MAKE-UP

KAZYUMBA'S blonde braids highlight her gorgeous face. She calls herself a ''a model in training", and has been in some Black Coffee shows. Her natural good looks don't need a lot of slap.

THE DRESS

Working at Black Coffee, Kazyumba has plenty of experience in reimagining their basic outfits - after all, that is what they were designed for. She's taken a classic, square-shaped tee with tube sleeve and teamed it with a pop of neon in the form of a netting skirt she designed and made herself.

THE SHOES

Kazyumba has complemented her black and neon look with a pair of lilac Vivienne Westwood Melissa plastic shoes topped with a lime green orb. Not everyone could carry off these shoes, called Lady Dragon, but this lovely beauty has no problem at all.

THE BAG

Kazyumba made this cloth clutch herself from off-cuts of upholstery fabric. She has created a range of bags which she sells from her Facebook page: Mademoiselle Salomae.

THE HAIR AND MAKE-UP

BECKER'S cropped hair is her signature look. She changes her hair colour constantly and is currently flaunting a silver-fox tone, complemented with natural make-up and strong lip colour.

THE DRESS

Becker bagged the hottest design on show at the recent Durban Fashion Fair.

Karla Lortan showed a dress that integrated a white mod design with Ndebele print detail and beading, finished with the current in-thing - a peplum. Who would have thought these disparate elements would work so well together.

THE SHOES

Becker's classy Prada shoes, with a hint of glitter on the toe, add yet another element to the overall picture - taking the dress to the next level.

THE SPIKY BRAINWAVE:

Tzvi Karp is one half of the creative force behind the clothing label Tzvi and Ramon, inspired by abstract concepts, literature, bizarre social encounters and mathematical manipulation of conventional pattern-cutting

FASHION existentialist, daydreamer and self-confessed geek, Karp says he is radically eccentric and a pathological narcissist. He is boldly non-conformist and wears his hair in a mohawk with long bits on the sides, but he changes his hairstyle often - and it's always interesting. His signature is the ear-cuff/nose-chain with gold embellishments.

SHIRT AND SHORTS

He wears an oversized, boldly printed shirt that could be inspired by the mismatched prints of Greek designer Mary Katrantzou, whose amalgamation of prints are big on the international catwalks. He's teamed this with shorts so short you can't see them under the shirt.

SHOES

Karp's spike-covered loafers echo a trend spotted on the catwalk - spikes on hats, bags and shoes. The spikes represent Karp's philosophy on fashion: ''It is our duty as creatives to stir a reaction, conceptualise new means of presenting work, push boundaries and force people out of their comfort zones."
