KZN man gets 20 years jail for raping 12-year-old

Keletso Innocent Ntuli attacked and raped the 12-year-old while she was heading home after New Year's Day celebrations in Nquthu, near Ulundi, said Captain Thulani Zwane.

He said the girl gather her clothes and ran home afterwards.

"She reported the matter to her mother, who in turn reported [it] to the Nquthu police," he said.

Zwane said Ndlovu underwent mental observation before being sentenced on June 4.
