Chester Missing is revelling in his court win against musician Steve Hofmeyr, taking to his Twitter timeline to mock and comment on tweets sent by Hofmeyr and his followers.

"U can say what u think & we can nail u, racistboy “@steve_hofmeyr: Can't say what I think. Can't rely court protection."

This is the exchange between puppet Chester Missing and Steve Hofmeyr after the two went head to head in a court after Hofmeyr attempted to gag Missing for good. The court appearance followed a twar between the two when Hofmeyr tweeted: ""blacks were the architects of apartheid".

Hofmeyr, who is no stranger to controversy - he has made several racial based utterances in the past which have made headlines and exposed his thoughts on apartheid and post racial South Africa. This time however, Hofmeyr was taken to task by Missing and others who reacted to his tweet.

Missing tweeted: "Why did u, @steve_hofmeyr, threatened me with violence while I couldn't reply? You are a bully and a coward."

"Racistboy @steve_hofmeyr, it's NOT the ANC/EFF/DA that used courts to try silence me. It was YOU, a coward and bigot."

"I wonder what victim of domestic violence couldn't get access to court today because this harassing puppet needed to be heard? puppetcase "

"As heard in argument at my trial: "An anti-racist today is just another form of a racist."

Missing also tweeted a letter addressed to Hofmeyr's fans. See it below.
