Laffor is looking for redemption

Mamelodi Sundowns forward Anthony Laffor hopes he will get another run to redeem himself when the team take on Mpumalanga Black Aces in today's Absa Premiership clash at Lucas Moripe Stadium. The Brazilians have failed to score in their last two games, against Chicken Inn in the CAF Champions League 11 days ago and the league clash against Golden Arrows on Saturday. The Liberian was given a rare run in the second half against Arrows after he missed five consecutive league games, but failed to hit the target despite getting numerous scoring opportunities.Laffor, who has scored two goals this season, says he and the team can rediscover their scoring touch against Aces."Missing the chances is not something I planned to do - this is football. What happened against Arrows is history and we must forget about that. We are leading the log and that's the most important thing," he said. ..
