Three killed in three car pile-up near Grabouw

A collision involving three light motor vehicles on the N2 near Grabouw in the Western Cape in the early hours of Sunday‚ left three people dead and three injured‚ paramedics said. ER24 said it was understood that two vehicles collided and a third crashed into them.“When ER24 paramedics arrived on scene they found severely damaged vehicles in the road and on the side of the road. After assessment they found that tree people had sadly already succumbed to their injuries and there was nothing paramedics could do for them.“Over and above the deceased patients were three other patients with injuries ranging from minor to moderate.“ER24 paramedics treated and transported one patient to Helderberg Hospital for further treatment. The remaining patients were treated and transported to the same hospital by other medical services on scene‚” ER24 said...
