Mother Nature really doesn't like Dylan McWilliams.

The 20-year-old has survived three close encounters with dangerous animals. In just over three years, McWilliams has been attacked by a snake, a bear and a shark, reports National Geographic.

On April 19, McWilliams suffered his third attack while body boarding off the coast of Hawaii. The ocean predator, believed to be a tiger shark, left distinctive bite marks on his leg.

"I saw the shark underneath me. I started kicking at it - I know I hit it at least once - and swam to shore as quickly as I could," he told the BBC.

McWilliams's first attack was while he was hiking in Utah. As he walked he kicked what he thought was a cactus - only it turned out to be a coiled up rattlesnake.

The next happened during a camping trip in Colorado last July when he was sleeping outdoors. A black bear grabbed him by the back of the head. He fought back, poking it in the eye until it let go.

McWilliams admits he's a nature enthusiast and the attacks won't stop him from

"I don't blame the shark, I don't blame the bear, and I don't blame the rattlesnake."
