Authorities have arrested four men in the fatal drive-by shooting of a bassist who once toured with singer Lauryn Hill.

Raul Vega, Hector Barragan, Christopher Mancinas and Javier Carreon-Lopez were taken into custody on charges including murder on Wednesday, the anniversary of Dewey Tucker's death.

They pleaded not guilty on Thursday.

Prosecutors say the 24-year-old Northern California musician was killed in a case of mistaken identity. They say the men mistook him for a rival gang member.

Tucker was found dead in his car on a California highway on January 10, 2010.

Vega also pleaded not guilty to a separate fatal stabbing at a Santa Rosa elementary school over the weekend.
