It's no secret that Somizi has an exercise DVD out. But a Verimark advert promoting the video has grabbed the attention of social media.
The video has received over 57,000 views (that's more than some music videos) and everyone seems to have an opinion.
Some say the advert is promoting unrealistic expectations about weight-loss and body transformation while others have applauded Somizi's hard work.
