Diamond's death on last night's episode of The Queen marked the end of an era after a long and wild goose chase.
Diamond was too good at his schemes and was responsible for some of the most gruesome deaths fans had witnessed on the telenovela. However, fans were in no way happy that Zolisa Xaluva was leaving, they just felt his character needed to die.
He was the villain everyone loved to hate, and it spoke volumes about the way Zolisa brought Diamond to life.
Diamond's death called for celebrations all round, with Brutus having a good glass of alcohol to mark the occasion.
Celebrations spilled over onto social media but there were a few viewers who mourned Diamond's death. Ironic!
