‘Happy birthday my baby’ — Nadia Nakai to her beau AKA

Rapper Nadia Nakai had nothing but sweet words for her beau AKA.

AKA recently celebrated turning a year older.

The pair have been together publicly since March last year and have let their fans in on their love journey.  

Taking to her socials, Nadia posted loved-up snaps.

“Happy birthday my baby. I love you so much. You protect me so much and lift me up. I learn so much from you every day and have the most fun with you. I’m so proud of you. You’re my blessing.”

AKA took to his timeline to express gratitude for the warm messages he received.

“Thank you for all your birthday wishes. The love and appreciation is overwhelming. Family, friends and fans know I don’t take any of this for granted. Every tweet, every post, there were so many. God bless you all.”

The two rappers shared a video on Instagram of them sharing a kiss while at Orthodox VIP Lounge in Johannesburg when they came out. Since then they have been tied to the hip.

During an Instagram Q&A, Nadia said she had no regrets after doing matching tattoos with her beau.

“Nope, I'm a huge lover girl. I'm all in or nothing. Love loudly,” she wrote.

Speaking of her relationship with AKA's daughter Kairo, from his relationship with DJ Zinhle, Nadia said she was gelling well with her but is not looking to have children of her own soon. 

“Really great. I'm so grateful she's embraced me. As for my own kids, yes, but not any time soon.”
