Radio and TV personality Lamiez Holworthy-Morule has let her followers in on a special moment in her life, showing them what happened when she welcomed her little pumpkin into the world.

Taking to her Instagram timeline this week, she shared a clip of her and her hubby, rapper Khuli Chana, walking into the labour ward, then holding baby Leano in their arms after Lamiez had a C-section.

She documented the magical moment, saying when she finally heard her baby cry, it was an emotional.

“A little while ago I got to experience an answered prayer, one that I still marvel over. I find myself staring at him in awe, in disbelief that this perfect little human came from my body. I then get to watch his dad and my mom sing and play with him and my heart melts all over again. Seeing how much joy he’s brought to all our loved ones warms my heart. This little guy really is my biggest blessing to date. My biggest flex! And just like that, I met the biggest part of me. My son Leano-Laone Zion Morule and nothing and no-one else mattered,” she captioned her post.

"So special to document this moment! Your face when you heard his first cry," wrote Melanie Bala.

“Congratulations. This is so beautiful! Re watching it every chance I get Modimo able le Lena family," wrote Focalistic

“Who’s put chilli in my eyes ... you did just seeing this. This is so inspiring Mama. Congratulations,” Refilwe Modiselle added.

When pumpkin was a month old, the Metro FM DJ shared the first snap of her baby.

“All still so surreal. Legit still feels like a dream ... this perfect little boy is mine,” Lamiez wrote on Instagram stories, celebrating his first month.

Lamiez spoke of how she and her husband were anticipating the arrival of their bundle of joy.

“Do you remember what it was like the day you gave birth? Whom I kidding? We both hadn’t slept in anticipation. This would be the last time we sat in his nursery without him.”
