Media personality Dineo Ranaka said on Thursday she's had a tough week and feels numb.

The media personality recently disclosed her doctor's diagnosis about her mental health.

She shared a video on her Instagram timeline on Thursday saying she and her bae had a tough week.

“This week has just thrown hands. He's also tired, I'm tired, we are tired together. I'm blessed not to be alone through this struggle. I'm sharing because you might be going through the same thing. Give yourself grace, give yourself space, you have to allow yourself not to be OK if you are not OK. Give yourself permission to not be OK.”

The media personality became emotional when she said she could relate to singer Lira who recently spoke out about how she couldn't believe she suffered a stroke.

“That's how I felt when my doctor said to me, 'you have severe depression'. I said, 'not me'. I guess we can make plans but God decides.”

Dineo recently joined the Podcast and Chill Network after her exit from Kaya 959.

She hosts her own podcast, Dineo On Sex n Stuff.

In a recent Instagram post, she said after her New York trip the support she received from her partner, family and best friend to start her own podcast gave her wings to fly.

“My mom was visiting on the day and she was so excited for me and truly was an incredible cheerleader. I had shared with her my idea before I left for NYC. Actually, I shared the concept with my mom, best friend and partner soon after being discharged from a mental health hospital. They all said 'do it'. Each of them represented the wings I needed to take flight. I know they didn’t fully get it, but they supported it regardless.”
