Chris Q has gone out of his way to let his followers know who he admired from the cast and crew of Shaka iLembe

The script writer and actor can't stop singing praises for the show and its success, and next on the line was Nomzamo Mbatha, Adze Ugah and Thembinkosi Mthembu.

He recently headed to his Instagram timeline to show the three talents some love.

"The sky is the limit for you, mfwethu. Don’t compare what you’ve achieved and what you’re continuing to achieve with when you hadn’t done anything. It will seem like a lot and you’ll take it for granted, when, in reality, with that incredible talent and unwavering work ethic, you are only getting started. Take full advantage and reap the rewards of all your hard work. You deserve everything," he wrote about Thembinkosi.

Chris Q said Adze was behind the "madness" viewers have been seeing on the screens.

"When I arrived on the set of Shaka Ilembe, he only had one note for me: 'This guy is Dabula on steroids'." I laughed and said: "Say no more." In some of the scenes, I didn’t even bother reading my lines, because Adze told me to forget about the script and just say whatever I felt like saying. You guys didn’t even hear half of the nasty things I said to Lemogang, who was such a joy to work with. This is actually one of the reasons I respect my co-actors so much. They just let me be," he wrote.

"The honesty with which you portrayed Nandi, the emotion in your scenes with Lemogang, you guys are a few months apart, but I completely got lost in your relationship as mother and son, in every single scene. Shandu ka Ndaba, like I once said, in you we have a weapon of mass destruction. As South Africa, you are not just our Nandi. You are our Shaka as well," he wrote about Nomzamo.
