The sun was out and bright spring colours and flowery dresses were the order of the day at DJ Zinhle's Era Women's Luncheon.

Taking to her Instagram timeline recently, the DJ and businesswoman shared snaps from her do that seemed like an elegantly planned soirée.

“I don’t even know where to start, don’t know how to show you just how beautiful the @erabydjzinhle luncheon was yesterday,” she wrote.

Her mentions were filled with celebs congratulating her.

“My sister fav, all good things come to those who know how to wait,” wrote businesswoman Shauwn Mkhize.

“Congratulations baby,” wrote Lerato Kganyago,

Rapper Moozlie took to her own timeline to share her excitement.

“One of my proudest days as creative director of @erabydjzinhle by far. What an absolutely beautiful day. The sisterhood is so real. Grateful to every single soul who helped make the #EraWomensLuncheon such a huge success,” she wrote.

DJ Zinhle owns an alcoholic beverage called Boulevard, a hair company called Hair Majesty, an Airbnb apartment, and an accessory company called Era By DJ Zinhle.

“It's important right now to show the youth all the brands that become successful are doing a lot of work in the background and I feel I have that responsibility to teach people about the value of hard work. That you have to work hard to get the things you get. People need to know I actually work hard,” she told TshisaLIVE when season two of her reality show was airing.

She launched her flagship store for Hair Majesty this year and she said she planned to have a young talented stylist in Mzansi join her team.

“I get a lot of people who are always asking me about work online. As a business person, I realised how hard it is to find good employees, finding skilled people who are also passionate about what they do so I wanted to open it up to a large audience.

“I want people who are inspired to be part of the brand and the culture and be part of something big that we are doing with the store, people who are inspired and people who want to work.”
