Cassper Nyovest and Nasty C are working together on an album.
In October, the two rappers kick-started their African Throne tour which saw them travel to 16 cities on the continent including Abuka in Nigeria, Arusha in Tanzania, and Gaborone, Botswana, performing songs they've collaborated on.
In the latest L-Tido podcast episode, Cassper revealed he and Nasty C were working on a joint project titled Thick and Thin which would see them embark on another tour together.
“The only thing that we don't have is a date but we've got an album cover, we've got songs, we've got ideas,” Cassper said.
On September 15, Cassper released his seventh studio album, Solomon, and Nasty C launched I Love It Here.
Previously speaking to TshisaLIVE, Cassper said launching the album on the same date was pure coincidence and he was excited to collaborate with a talented artist like Nasty C.
“It's nice to hear something new that's exciting and to collaborate with someone like that. That's why I always have exciting collaborations with new guys because I'm always looking to be exciting,” he said.
“This tour is a testament to the vibrant tapestry of sounds and rhythms that Africa has gifted to the world. We're thrilled to bring this celebration to every corner of the globe and share the magic of our music.”
