WATCH | Gugu Khathi gets baptised, shares heartfelt prayer

Real House Wives of Durban star and DJ Tira's wife Gugu Khathi recently got baptised. 

Gugu took to her Instagram timeline to share a clip of her being baptised with the caption: “Lord, thank you for the precious gift of baptism, that we can publicly declare our love and passion for you. Lord, I ask for your goodness and blessings to be poured out on to me as your faithful servant.

“We pray that you would work deeply within my heart and soul to renew and refresh me each day and all my days on earth. Thank you for protecting us from all serpents, scorpions and snakes and all satanic spirits in forms of humans constantly attacking us, wolves in sheep skin this year (January 2024). I declare I am and have been your faithful servant, that the devil can forget about me and my family whatever ties or stronghold he things he has on us, in Jesus’ mighty name the Nazarene. All witches/wizards and demons have been exposed. I thank you Lord. I proclaim the blood of Jesus and nothing else in case the devil is confused. There is only one kingdom.”

Cassper Nyovest also recently got baptised. 

The rapper. who started sharing his journey as a Christian in December 2023, said he will be sharing more testimony about his encounter with God. 

“A lot of people have been asking me why I'm quiet and what's going on. Just to give you a summary. I went through a reset and I realised what life is, and my purpose in this life. I'm not ashamed to say that my soul was washed by the blood of Jesus. I'm not ashamed of the gospel and I will be unpacking more and more as time goes,” he said in a video shared on his Instagram.
