Healthy breakfast muesli

Ingredients

cup (125ml) raw oats

Pinch cinnamon

cup (125ml) fat-free milk

cup (100ml) fat-free, plain or vanilla yoghurt

grated apple

cup (40g-50g) fresh berries

1 tbsp (15ml) flaked almonds

Method

Mix together oats and milk and set aside for 15 minutes to allow oats to absorb milk.

Stir through yoghurt, cinnamon and grated apple.

Top with berries and almonds and serve.

More good ideas:

Replace berries with another grated apple.

Use any flavour fat-free yoghurt.
