Bakkie overturns in Tafuleni cemetery‚ leaving 15 injured

A bakkie transporting 15 people reportedly crashed in the Tafuleni cemetery in Inanda‚ north of Durban. “The occupants of the bakkie were at the cemetery to prepare a grave site for a funeral‚” an emergency medical services spokesman said on Wednesday.“Paramedics from KwaZulu-Natal Emergency Medical Services responded to the crash and found that the bakkie had crashed down a steep embankment in the cemetery.“The paramedics treated a total of 15 patients at the scene who had sustained serious and minor injuries respectively.“The patients‚ once stabilised‚ were transported to hospitals in the area‚ for continued medical care.”The cause of the crash is not known and will be investigated by the police...
