Brie and pesto stackINGREDIENTS125g brie16 cocktail tomatoes, thinly sliced30ml (2 tbsp) ready-made coriander pestoMETHODSlice the brie into 3 horizontal layers.Cover the bottom layer with sliced tomato and top with the second layer.Spread with pesto and top with the remaining layer of brie.Place on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for about 5 minutes, until the cheese has just begun to melt.Serve immediately with chunks of bread to dip.Serves 2-4..
