One person dies in taxi shooting

Four people were wounded in a shooting incident at Joe Slovo taxi rank‚ Milnerton‚ Cape Town on Tuesday morning.

Western Cape police are on the scene.

"Unknown persons opened fire and wounded four persons this morning‚" police said. "Of the four injured‚ three are taxi owners and one a bystander."

Provincial detectives are investigating the circumstances of the incident.
