A multiple systems failure caused by a suspected electrical power disruption aboard a Flysafair Boeing 737-400 forced pilots to abort the flight just minutes after takeoff.

A Civil Aviation Authority preliminary report points to what gave the pilots a stressful few minutes on flight FA-202 from Joburg to Cape Town.
