Alleged drug lord Fadwaan “Vet” Murphy suffered a huge setback in court when a judge decided to stick to the initial evidence of a witness who appeared to have become too scared to testify against him.

From evidence before the court, Murphy appeared to have hoped that the evidence would be thrown out, but a judge had a different view.
