Judges trash Maimane’s ‘profit-before-lives’ claim​

The high court has dismissed a bid by Mmusi Maimane’s One South Africa Movement to set aside the decision to move from lockdown level 4 to level 3 and to reopen schools.​

The high court has dismissed a bid by Mmusi Maimane’s One South Africa Movement to set aside the decision to move from lockdown level 4 to level 3 and to reopen schools.​
