CCTV footage captured the shocking moment a family of three on a scooter were knocked down when the door on a truck trailer suddenly swung open.

The video was captured in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Hunan Province, southern China, on Saturday. 

It is unclear if anyone was injured.
