Nelson Mandela statue for Cape Town will anchor Madiba Heritage Tourism Route

The Western Cape government has set aside R1‚7-million to erect a statue of former president Nelson Mandela at the Cape Town City Hall.Economic Development‚ Agriculture and Tourism MEC‚ Alan Winde‚ presented the plans to the provincial legislature.“We are making progress in terms of the establishment of our Madiba Heritage Tourism Route.
