Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane released her findings on the CIEX report on Monday.

She found that the SA government failed to implement an external report that investigated Bankorp/Absa and ordered the bank to repay R1.125-billion that she claims was an "illegal gift" in the form of an apartheid-era loan.
