Bafana hit an low for 2011

Bafana have dropped four places to 51st in Fifa's rankings - the lowest ranking this year.

In May, Bafana were ranked 38th - their highest ranking in seven years - after successive victories over Kenya, Egypt and Tanzania. But a draw against Egypt and a 2-1 defeat by Niger in a Nations Cup qualifier earlier this month triggered their slide.

Bafana face Sierra Leone in a Nations Cup qualifier in Nelspruit next month.
