An irresistible mix of cookie crumbs, chocolate cheesecake and chocolate mousse; the visual feast you'll get from seeing the layers through the glass jar just sweetens the deal

Chocolate cheesecake:
250g cream cheese, at room temperature
100g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
60ml caster sugar
50ml cream

Cookie layer:
100g chocolate cookies, crushed into crumbs
20ml cocoa nibs
Chocolate mousse:
80g good-quality white chocolate, broken into pieces
200ml cream
To serve:
Seasonal berries
Chocolate flakes
Ingredients:
1) Soften the cream cheese with a spoon.
2) Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler, remove from the heat and set aside for a few minutes. Add the melted chocolate, sugar and cream to the cream cheese and mix well.
3) Spoon in the bottom of 4 glass jars with lids. Top the cheesecake with the cookie crumbs and sprinkle with a few cacao nibs. Place in the fridge.
4) Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, remove from the heat and set aside for a few minutes.
5) Whisk the cream until soft peaks form and fold in the melted chocolate while the chocolate is still warm. Mix well and spoon on top of the cookie layer in the jar and place back in the fridge to chill.
6) Place a few berries on top and sprinkle with some chocolate flakes.
7) Seal and refrigerate.
