British star Adele has revealed she's quit drinking alcohol in a bid to save her singing voice. The 27-year-old star - who released her third studio album, titled 25, earlier this year - has revealed she's heeded the advice of doctors by deciding to give up drinking. According to the Daily Mirror newspaper, she said: ''I am not allowed to drink as it dehydrates my vocal chords. Alcohol blocks your ears when you get drunk and you get lairy, which makes you talk louder. I might raise my voice and my voice might go again.'' Adele also recently admitted to overindulging on other unhealthy drinks. She shared: ''I used to drink 10 cups of tea a day with two sugars - 20 sugars a day. But I don't now and have more energy than ever.'' ..
