AKA launches an attack on Tweezy in a Twitter rant
Hip-hop producer Tweezy is the latest person to face the wrath of AKA who took aim at him over production credits and using his name in interviews.
The rapper's dramatic Twitter rant came hours after news emerged that his album Levels had gone platinum.
Tweezy has been responsible for producing some of AKA's biggest tracks including All Eyes On Me, Run Jozi and more recently Baddest.
However, it seems like their partnership has turned sour.
AKA took to Twitter to slam Tweezy for apparently wanting way more credit than is due and for constantly using the SuperMega's name in interviews.
The rapper once again said that he was done keeping quiet about issues that have been brewing behind closed doors.
"I keep my mouth shut on situations and it allows people to take control of the narrative while I stay silent. That shit don't work anymore."
LEVELS goes platinum .... Then he starts talking bout, "I should make myself a plaque for all the records i sold" nigga what?!?!

AKA went on to add that things turned sour between him and Tweezy after the producer could not get backstage at the Metro FM Awards last year, and felt shaded.
But AKA says this was not the case as he is all for uplifting young musicians and producers.
I am for young producers, artists musicians getting on .... I live to do that. But don't push me man. Put some respect on my name.

It all started when the kid was hurt and shaded me because he couldn't get backstage at the Metro's ... On some these are "his" nominations.

At the after party, he stuck at the door ... Somebody comes and taps me on the shoulder, "yo Tweezy needs you to get him" .. Maaaaan ...

AKA also wants Tweezy to stop 'praising' him in interviews and using his name - when he has blocked him on Twitter.
I would also appreciate it if Tweezy could stop introducing himself as the person who "MADE" my songs. Those are collaborative efforts.

I have no problem letting niggas ride with shit but when you start taking the piss .... That's when it becomes a problem.
