Today marks four years since Reeva Steenkamp was shot and killed, but the pain of her death will stay with those close to her for a lifetime.

Hundreds of South Africans have remembered Reeva's spirit with a string of messages on Twitter.

For the past four years Reeva's parents have visited the beach in Port Elizabeth to sprinkle rose petals in the ocean in her memory. It's something that Reeva's parents also do on her birthday.
