Zoleka Mandela is super proud of the young man her 16-year-old son is blossoming into and had the sweetest tribute for him on his birthday.
Taking to Instagram Zoleka poured her heart out about the joy her son has brought into her life and how much he's done without even knowing it.
"To my son on your 16th birthday today ... You have done so much for me, I don’t think you even know! I say this often, that you’re one of the best things about me and it can’t be more true. You always look beyond the worst in me to show me my very best, even when I feel that I don’t deserve you. Life does have it’s way of revealing to us, those who are really there for us at our worst and you’ve never made me feel like your love has ever left me in all these sixteen years.
"You’ve saved my life more than once, even when I was not the mother you wanted me to be for you. Thank you for loving me, son ... for breathing life into me! You are my life, Zwelami! I love you."
