Fans have responded to Amanda Black's pleas for help by urging her to see a professional doctor for extreme period pains.

The pains have left her bedridden with nausea and cramps.

Taking to social media this week, Amanda told fans that she was looking for a remedy after being left defeated.

"It is times like this that I am over being a girl. So, if anyone has advice for me on my nausea... The cramps aren't so bad but the nausea feels like my stomach is turning," Amanda said.

Fans rushed to support their idol, while many called on her to go see a gynaecologist ASAP!

It isn't clear whether Amanda heeded the advice but she did thank fans for their advice and said she would book an appointment.
