Skolopad is filled with gratitude as she recovers from a breast reduction.

The former entertainer shared images of herself in a hospital bed and said the surgery was successful. She also revealed that she had longed, since 2019, to have the operation.

“Call me granny with small boobs ... nkgono wadi wola molora. All thanks to Dr J Vermaak and your team for removing the heavy load I carried from 2019. The New ME ... I can't explain how happy I am.”

Attempts by TshisaLIVE to get comment from Skolopad were unsuccessful at the time of publishing. An update will be included once received.

Big breasts can cause severe medical problems. According to Healthline, they can result in neck, shoulder and back pain, with many celebrities sharing their stories.

GoodLuck's frontwoman Juliet Harding has spoken about the matter and it's cost.

She outlined her attempts to get a breast reduction covered by medical aid.

“I heard stories from women who had bleeding shoulders from their bra straps cutting into their skin and mothers whose 16-year-old daughters were so self-conscious of their large breasts that they wouldn't let anyone take a photograph of them.

“I learnt that the Council for Medical Schemes has excluded a bunch of procedures ... [because] they do not pertain to men and woman. Crazy, since our bodies are completely different!”
