Nonkanyiso Conco, better known as LaConco is serving up all the heat with her body transformation.

Though its been three years, the reality TV star and presenter said it was not an easy journey to get where she is because she had to make a complete change and try different weight loss methods.

She took to her socials and shared a snap of her looking all sorts of fly.

"It's been three years since I tried to lose weight and stay healthy. I have to say it is difficult and uncomfortable. I no longer eat for flavour, but I consume what my body needs. I’ve been on a nutrition guide, gym, skin care, colon hydrotherapy, vitamin supplements and lipo. This post is to appreciate the great team that has brought me closer to the body of my dreams. The aim is not to be slim, but well shaped, beautiful skin and healthy. Ngiyabonga kakhulu ngane zakwethu."

LaConco said her three year transformation was proof of the saying "things take time".

"The favour of God has been upon me, to have the ability to invest in myself, by myself, this is just a beginning of reaping wonderful fruits. These images are proof of how great things take time," she posted.

Her mentions are filled with fire emojis, hearts and praises for her new look.

"My friend, I’m literally screaming,  you look soooooo amazing. I’m so happy for you. Waze wamuhle," wrote actress Innocent Sadiki.

Many Mzansi celebs have opened up about their procedures. One being Real Housewives of Durban cast member Jojo Robinson, who had hers back in July.

She kept her fans up to date on her journey and educated them about the procedure.

“I chose to share my journey because too often women pretend to be 'all natural' when they aren't. There is nothing wrong with surgery if that's what you choose and too often women are left with no-one to ask when they want help or advice from another woman, because everyone out here 'knows nothing on the subject'. I'm all to happy to be honest and share my journey with whoever wants to tag along.
