Big Brother Mzansi season 3 contestants Gashwan popularly known as “Gash1" and Thato Mthombeni have reflected on their love journey after tying the knot.

The two stars started dating days before Thato was evicted from the Big Brother house while Gash1 continued in the competition, ending as the first runner-up to Mpho Wabadimo who won the R2m grand prize.

In October the couple revealed they had taken their relationship to the next level.

In a recent episode of their YouTube channel dubbed “Tash1”, Gash1 and Thato said they were enjoying their new lives as husband and wife.

Gash1 expressed the qualities that made him gravitate towards Thato speaking of how they made him fall head over heels in love.

“You are always so firm with your decision ... being with a woman that's a yes ... you give me a reason to always be a man.” he said.

“You truly are a wonderful and amazing person. I decided to marry you while we were still in the house. The minute that I realised the cup of love is overflowing that's when I realised ...”

Thato added that she understood the different dynamics that came with being a wife and enjoyed it more than being a girlfriend.

“Marriage is amazing. Being married to you is way better than being your boyfriend.” she said.
