While South Africa is waiting for media personality Ayanda Thabethe to comment on recent reports alleging her partner is involved in dodgy activities, the mother of one has decided to focus on the love she's been getting from her #LOML.

City Press reported Ayanda’s boyfriend, Peter Matsimbe, is facing allegations of fraud involving 10 luxury cars that went missing in his care. However, both Ayanda and her baby's father have kept mum on the allegations.

Instead Ayanda took to her Instagram to let her followers into a recent indoor picnic her lover organised for her birthday.

Dancing playfully in white, silk pyjamas with fur, a happy Ayanda can be seen exuding joy as she takes in her surrounding which included everything from balloons spelling out her name to sweet treats and all types of pink flowers.

Blessed to love and be loved wholeheartedly in return. I had such a special birthday. Thank you LOML,” Ayanda captioned the cute video.

Ayanda recently reflected on how motherhood has changed her life when she celebrated her baby boy's first birthday.

Ayanda has kept her son out of the spotlight thus far and shared in a heartfelt Instagram message how parenting in private has brought her more joy than she could have ever imagined.

How do you summarise a year that’s changed your life forever?” she began.

“I’d like to thank God for this miracle I’ve chosen to enjoy privately alongside the most supportive and loving partner. I couldn’t have dreamt that life would be this good but it really is and I feel like the luckiest woman in the world.”

Last year, the first-time mom shared an emotional video showing a step-by-step journey of her pregnancy until the birth of her bundle of joy.

According to the video's cover image, the baby was born on March 16.

As her son turns one, Ayanda revealed for the first time they affectionately call him PJ and said she can't imagine life without him.

“Thank you PJ for coming into my life and making me feel a love I’ve yearned for and one I certainly know I can never live without! You give me purpose. You make me whole. My life is dedicated to you and our little family from now until forever! Happy birthday my tiny heart walking on the outside [of] me,” Ayanda said.
