'The answer will always be yes' — Carissa Cupido recalls her engagement

Congratulations are in order for Carissa Cupido after she revealed her longtime beau has asked for her hand in marriage. 

The media personality took to her timeline reflecting on his proposal and the moments she captured on the day.  

“A year ago, today. The answer will always be yes, Muma Khumalo. I can't wait to do forever with you. We'll always have Paris,” she captioned the post. 

Carissa thanked those who had taken time out to send well wishes to them. 

“I still want to get to all the comments, but thank you for the love and support on my latest reel.”

Musa Mthombeni also never misses a chance to gush over his wife and the evolution of their love journey has had Mzansi swooning.

Musa reflected on being married to his partner Liesl for the past 23 months. 

“One more month then we have a 2-year-old married child shame. To many more standwa sam.”

When reminiscing on their one-year anniversary, Musa said his decision to wed was a good choice. 

“Marrying Liesl is one of the best things to happen to me. Words fail me,” he wrote.

“You’ve made me want more out of life while in the same breath I’m 100% content with what I have. Thank you Mrs Mthombeni. You have my heart. I love and like you so much.”
