Apart from Khosi Twala receiving a $100,000 (about R1.6m) cash prize when crowned the Big Brother Titans winner, her dedicated fan base, called Khosi Reigns, continues to shower her with more money.

The reality TV star recently had a luncheon organised by her fans in Rosebank where they showered her with many gifts and cash in the form of a money bouquet and a money cake.

“My journey since Big Brother has been quite interesting. It has taken a great turn. I thought by now people would be over my winning or celebrating me, so it has been pleasing to see that I have a strong fan base that goes a long way for me,” she told TshisaLIVE.

“I haven't counted the money. They have given me so much. On my birthday I received more than R200,000. When I came out of the house they gave me R100,000 and they've sent me money in between so I think overall since leaving the house I have received R500,000 from my fans and more when we include the travelling expenses.”

Before entering Big Brother, Khosi worked as a journalist.

With the monetary donations she's received, she has used the funds to grow her Good Deeds Foundation where she gives back to the less fortunate and has built a career in health and fitness.

After launching her gym app in early June, Khosi released her gym wear Active Lifestyle Collection and thanked Khosi Reigns for the success and growth of the brand.

She has set her eyes on getting a slot on the small screen in2024.

“I want to get back on TV, whether it will be funded by me and put on YouTube or an opportunity given.”
