Ntombi Mzolo has confirmed that her baby has died.
Shikisha presenter Mzolo is also known for her part in the Maskandi group Amaponi.
Her son Dunamis Sizwe Junior Asande Mzolo was born with Hypoplastic left heart syndrome - which means the left side of his heart hadn't developed properly.
When the baby was born he was immediately rushed to ICU and for a while he seemed to be getting better.
Earlier this year he made it through heart surgery.
Unfortunately the doctors' efforts were not enough to save him, and he has now passed away according to Channel24.
Mzolo posted her thanks to God for the little time she had with him on Instagram.
