Good news for ANC and DA municipalities, but coalitions? Not so much

Municipal audit results showed an overall decline in their results for the 2017-18 financial year, but there are 12 municipalities that had consistently clean audit results, auditor-general Kimi Makwetu revealed on Wednesday.

But irregular spending was still a massive problem, especially in the City of Tshwane.
