Two Joburg companies are hauling the Royal Bafokeng Nation and their ruler, Kgosi Leruo Molotlegi, before the high court in North West and Gauteng for an unpaid debt of R5.8m.

The Bafokeng are widely believed to be Africa’s richest tribe and touted as a model for community investments.
