Zuma to meet black professionals to discuss ‘inclusive economic growth’

As part of the “process of promoting inclusive economic growth‚ job creation and a prosperous and a united South Africa”‚ President Jacob Zuma will on Friday “host a meeting with black professionals in Pretoria”. This‚ a Presidency statement on Thursday said‚ is “to discuss the implementation of the government’s programme of action‚ in particular the National Development Plan and other key governance issues”.“Topics under discussion will include the implementation of the National Development Plan/Medium Term Strategic Framework‚ the Black Industrialist Policy and Scheme as well as social cohesion and the fight against racism in the country‚” the statement said.It listed the participating organisations: Black Management Forum‚ Association of Black Accountants South Africa‚ Black Lawyers Association‚ Progressive Professionals Forum‚ National Society of Black Engineers‚ Association of Black Securities Investment Professionals‚ Association of South African Black Actuarial Professionals‚ Black Information and Technologies Forum‚ South African Black Technical and Allied Careers Organisations‚ Association of Women Chartered Accountants and South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners.The meeting will take place at the Sefako M Makgatho Presidential Guesthouse...
