The commission of inquiry into state capture is on Tuesday hearing evidence from Paul Edward Holden of London-based Shadow World Investigations.

Holden is the director of investigations at Shadow World Investigations —  a global organisation probing cases of grand corruption and corporate malfeasance.

In October last year, finance minister Tito Mboweni increased the budget of the commission by R63m after its deadline was extended to March 2021.
