Draping made simple: how to contour your face with blush

Draping, halo or geisha blush ... whatever you choose to call it, this makeup technique is trending. Blush is applied as a sheer veil of colour that cascades down the temples, contouring your face and giving you an ethereal glow

ABOUT THE TREND
This new blush technique, as seen at Valentino, Kenzo and Nina Ricci, borrows from two styles to strike the perfect balance between obscure and demure. The trend combines both the '80s disco style of applying an array of unblended bright blushes from eyes to cheeks and Korean K-pop makeup, that is famous for delicately flushed cheeks and partially stained lollipop lips, to create a look that is both soft and punchy.
