You can whip these chocolatey sweet treats up in the microwave
Serves: 6-8
Ingredients:
300g fruit and nut chocolate, broken into pieces
100g unsalted butter
100g glacé cherries, halved
100g digestive biscuits, roughly chopped
100g white chocolate, chopped
Method:
1. Combine the fruit and nut chocolate with the butter in a large glass bowl. Microwave on medium power for 4-5 minutes, stirring every minute. (You can also do this in a bowl set over a pot of boiling water.)
2. Add the cherries, biscuits and white chocolate. Stir until well combined and spoon into a large greased or sprayed loaf pan lined with greaseproof paper. Press the top of the mixture down with the back of a dessert spoon.
3. Cover and leave to set at room temperature. To serve, turn out and slice.
