The widow of a spy tortured to death by soldiers during the coup that toppled former president Robert Mugabe has won a major victory in her fight for compensation.

Rossie Munetsi's lawyer has received a letter from the Central Intelligence Organisation (CIO), where her husband Peter worked as an intelligence officer, saying it is ready to assist with her $605,000 compensation claim...
